ZLD PROCESS

The Recovery Cycle.

A sophisticated multi-stage architecture that uses both membrane filtration and extreme thermal dynamics to separate water from toxic solids.

Effluent Pre-Treatment

Raw wastewater is thoroughly treated in the ETP using physio-chemical and biological processes to remove COD, BOD, and suspended solids.

High-Pressure RO

The treated water is forced through specialized RO membranes, recovering up to 80% of it as pure water, leaving behind a highly concentrated reject.

Thermal Evaporation (MEE)

The RO reject is sent to the Evaporator. Under high heat and vacuum, the water turns to steam (which is condensed back to pure water).

Solid Crystallization

The remaining super-thick chemical slurry is passed through the ATFD, which completely dries it out into solid salt/powder for landfill disposal.
