PURIFICATION PROCESS

The Deionization Cycle.

A highly controlled, multi-stage chemical exchange process that strips water of all positively and negatively charged mineral ions.

Pre-Filtration

Feed water passes through activated carbon filters to remove chlorine and organic matter, protecting the sensitive ion-exchange resins from degradation.

Cation Exchange

Water flows through the Strong Acid Cation (SAC) resin, where positively charged ions (Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium) are replaced with Hydrogen (H+) ions.

Anion Exchange

Water enters the Strong Base Anion (SBA) bed, where negatively charged ions (Chlorides, Sulfates, Silica) are replaced with Hydroxyl (OH-) ions, forming pure H2O.

Mixed-Bed Polishing

For ultra-pure demands, water finally passes through a mixed-bed resin vessel, stripping any residual trace ions to achieve sub-micro-siemens conductivity.
